Within Denmark the Danish Postal Service is used. UPS is for the rest of the world used.
We aim at delivering within the time scales set out above. A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a note, take your order back and then attempt to delivery 2 more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery. For deliveries inside Denmark a note will be left and you will be able to pick up the order at the nearest post office.

PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can pay using Visa , Visa Electron , JCB , Maestro , MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Dankort
We will deduct your payment when your order is ready for shipment. That is, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.
All prices are inclusive Danish VAT which is 25 %. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. Customers outside The European Union will get the VAT deducted at check out but will be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.
PERSONAL DATA
All personal data will be used with utmost discretion and will only be used for the specific order. We do not pass on personal data to any other parties. The payment data is handle by the above mentioned and are thus secure and is treated with utmost discretion and will be encrypted.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
Popupshop unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects. We will be happy to replace or refund you for any items you wish to return.
If you are not happy with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will be happy to replace any item that does not match your expectations.
As soon as we have the returned item, we immediately process a new order for your replacement and ship it to you with no extra shipping cost.
If you would like a refund instead of an exchange we will when the returned item is received credit you back the value of the item. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process.
Please note the following :
1. The item must be returned before 14 days from the day you received the product.
2. Before returning it please get a return authorization from us by calling : 0045 42420808 or email info@popupshop.net. If you want to exchange an item make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't, you risk that the item you want is out of stock before we can register the exchange.
3. The item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it.
How to exchange/return
Send the item back to us. Please include your name, address, e-mail, order number and a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
Please note that you are responsible for the return postage and for the item during transport/shipping unless you received damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Popupshop. In that case we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.
